Your unframed and framed prints are custom made to order and sent separately from all other products in the shop. Allow 2-5 business days for production and dispatch.

Accessories

Some jewellery pieces and aaccessories are handmade to order. Check product descriptions and allow 1-2 weeks for production and dispatch.

For all other products

Allow 1-3 business days for dispatch.

Wall art

Framed and unframed prints are delivered within 14 days. Allow more time for rural deliveries.

All other products

Shipped in a separate parcel and standard Australian delivery times of 2-7 business days apply.

Our shipping partner is Sendle. Their partners typically deliver parcels Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. However, parcels won't be delivered during public state holidays.

Delivery times are affected between states. Expect slight delays. We appreciate your understanding.

Note:

While we work hard to meet these delivery estimates, there are elements beyond our control. You may receive the order past its estimated delivery time for reasons like: border restrictions due to COVID; shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions; high demand at the holidays (prints ordered after December 5th are NOT guaranteed to arrive before Christmas).

If you haven’t received your order by its estimated delivery time, please allow a few more days.

Unframed prints

Free shipping applies to all unframed prints except for those sent directly by artists from overseas. Check product descriptions before placing your order.

Shipping costs for framed prints vary depending on print size, quantity and destination. Please refer to final costs at checkout.

All other products

A flat $10 delivery fee applies to all other products.

Tracking your order

All our orders are trackable via Sendle or Shop app. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been handed over to the courier. After receiving your parcel for shipment it may take the courier up to 2 hours to make tracking information available. If you have problems tracking your order after receiving the tracking number and waited 24 hours for it to update, please contact us for assistance.


If you are not at home at time of delivery it may be delivered at your local parcel collect point. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding delivery.

Wall art

Unframed and framed prints are made to order. Change of mind returns are not accepted. If the product is faulty please email us at info@orb23.com with detailed description and images. We will try our best to make it right.

Jewellery

For hygiene reasons returns on jewellery products are not accepted.

Custom jewellery

Returns and refunds on custom-made products are not accepted unless arrived damaged or faulty.

Re-sizing

Choose your ring size carefully. One-off resizing service is offered. The re-sizing fee is $50 payable to the jeweller directly. Orb 23 will provide printable shipping labels and cover shipping costs.

All other products

If something isn't right email us at info@orb23.com or use the chat option on our website. Depending on the situation we may be able to provide a full or partial refund, or a replacement at no cost.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We advise to check the 'shipping and returns' tab in the product description to avoid disappointment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@orb23.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like tableware and drinkware, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as framed wall prints, custom-made jewellery), and personal care goods (such as bath, beauty and self-care products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Due to handmade nature of most products; change of mind exchanges are not accepted. Select your products and options carefully and check 'shipping and returns' tab in the product description to see if it qualifies for a return. In the case of exceptional circumstances where Orb 23 agrees a return with a customer, the shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer or will be deducted from the refund amount.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
