Framing

Our solid wood frames are produced using sustainably sourced timber in either a smooth matte white, smooth matte black or a genuine Australian Victorian Ash/Oak. 

Shipping

For framed prints, we use heavy-duty cardboard boxes designed to withstand rigorous handling during shipping. All packaging materials are environmentally friendly and recyclable. Air pillow plastic inserts are used only as necessary. We take great care and pride in packing our frames to ensure they arrive safely, and well presented.

If no frame is selected, art prints are carefully rolled and shipped in kraft tube boxes.

Unless described otherwise, all our the prints are printed in Melbourne using superior quality archival, 240gsm enhanced matte paper and archival pigment inks engineered to offer dynamic colour vibrancy and exceptional longevity.

Appearance

We use the same image in our advertising and marketing as we do for printing to ensure accurate visual representation. Paper prints may appear differently than on your device screen due your specs or settings. We recommend turning up your brightness and turning off any colour-altering settings to see a more accurate representation.

Handle your print with care. If you need to clean or dust off the print, only use a dry, clean, soft cloth to gently swipe the surface. Don’t apply pressure, as this can leave marks on the matte finish. 

Orb 23 offers a white border option on most art prints. The border is an unprinted area surrounding your chosen design. It is part of the posterand it fits within the overall paper dimensions.

Selecting unframed art print means you will receive an Orb 23 poster print on superior quality archival 240gsm enhanced matte paper.

Occasionally, we will have designs that offer alternate printing options. Refer to product descriptions for each product separately.

Our handmade, high quality wooden frames are custom mount to perfectly fit your art print, resulting in a beautiful, clean look finish. Available in natural wood/oak, matte white and black finish with a 2cm border (3.7cm deep against the wall) and 2mm shatter-proof acrylic glazing. We use the highest grade of durable acrylic glazing, engineered for optical clarity and UV protection.

Original art is any work of art created by an artist by hand. These can be works on paper, canvas or other surfaces. A limited edition of hand pulled prints is considered to be series of original artworks for example.

Artists ship their works directly to you.

All our premium framed and unframed prints are individually printed, assembled, and shipped Australia-wide directly from our workshop in Melbourne.  Allow 2-5 business days for your order processing and preparation. Then allow additional time for shipping, which can vary depending on your location.

Original works dispatch within 2 days from order confirmation.

Wall art products are shipped separately.
