These earrings are made specially for you and can take a bit more time to be processed. 

Once your order has been placed, ZIPEI will craft the piece for you within 3 weeks time. 

Shipping

Jewellery products are shipped in a separate parcel and standard Australian delivery times of 2-7 business days apply. For more information check our Shipping page. 

Returns

Not accepted unless damaged.

Please choose carefully and review our detailed product information, as unfortunately due to the fragile and custom-made nature of this product, we do not offer refunds / returns or exchanges based on change of mind, wrong decisions, or incorrect choice or size. If you have any further enquiries in relation to this product, please contact our Customer Care team prior to placing your order.

We only accept returns of faulty, damaged, or broken items. To return your product please first contact us via email with your order number and reason to return your item. Only return your order after confirmation from us. To start a return, you can contact us at info@orb23.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for the return shipment until we received it. Please always use a trackable shipment method as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
